Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security, communication and surveillance systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Benjamin (Ben) Gillam to the Board as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director with immediate effect.

Ben is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years’ finance and accounting experience. He joined Petards in March 2022 and has held senior finance responsibilities for the Group, including statutory and management reporting, oversight of key external adviser relationships and regulatory reporting.

Prior to joining Petards, Ben held a number of senior finance roles at TT Electronics plc, including Head Office finance Manager, Interim Divisional Finance Director and Group Financial Accountant.
