Petards Group plc (AIM: PEG), the AIM quoted developer of advanced security, communication and surveillance systems, announces that Geraint Davies, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has, on 12th February 2026, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 10.25 pence each. As a result of this transaction Geraint Davies holds a total of 100,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
